Essentials

The Essentials package is ideal for the hands-on couple who wants to plan every aspect but needs an expert to step in and manage the final details. Two months out, we take over communication, confirm logistics, and coordinate the entire day - so you can relax, stay present, and truly enjoy every moment with your guests.

Elevated Add-ons

Enhance your planning experience with our Elevated add-ons, thoughtfully designed to offer added support and flexibility. Each service can be added to the Essentials package to create a customized experience that reflects your vision and priorities.

  • Attendance for additional meetings, including venue walkthroughs, detail consultations, tastings, and other planning appointments

    Flat rate: $100 (per meeting)

  • Add extra time for continued event management and support.

    Flat rate: $100 (per hour, per coordinator)

  • Bring clarity and cohesion to your wedding vision with a focused creative session and design guidance:

    Virtual creative session to uncover your unique vision, style, and priorities

    Design concept development – refine your theme, color palette, textures, and décor direction to define your wedding’s overall aesthetic

    Up to 3 visual inspiration boards created to guide your aesthetic direction with clarity and intention

    Curated vendor recommendations for décor, rentals, florals, and other visual elements

    Advice on curating décor items to create a cohesive look (tabletop décor, linens, furniture, etc.)

    Flat rate: $300

  • Assemble wedding favors provided by the couple

    Flat rate: $125 (up to 100 favors; materials/favors provided by couple)

  • Take the stress out of tracking RSVPs and final guest numbers:

    Assist with importing your guest list into your wedding website or RSVP platform

    Add meal selections for guests to choose from

    Track RSVP responses, including allergies and dietary requirements

    Compile and provide final numbers for your caterer and/or venue

    Flat rate: $150

  • Ensure your rehearsal dinner, welcome party, or post-wedding brunch runs smoothly with professional guidance and on-site support:

    Research and curate up to 10 venue options with up to 5 budget estimates

    Schedule and accompany you to up to 3 venue tours to provide professional guidance and feedback

    Assist in narrowing your options to your preferred venue and provide guidance to help secure your booking
